Storm of Inquiry was a piece that Joanna Alpe was involved in, in a collaboration known as Neon Playground. This piece of interaction design formed an installation exhibit in the exhibition Design In Crisis.

The central idea of Storm of Inquiry was to ask the audience their thoughts regarding "what happens to design in a time of crisis?". The responses could be sent via text and eventually your response "rained" down upon you. Through the use of specially equipped umbrellas however, you could find 'shelter' from the rain.

This space delighted and enchanted. Responses were gathered and it generated a lot of feedback in relation to the rest of the show.
